The location is perfect on Banff Ave. The price is good and the rooms are clean and contain everything that's needed.
friendly staff, clean rooms and close proximity to downtown Banff attractions.
We liked that the hotel is located very close to Banff town center. A warm reception from the staff on arrival. Our room looked out the front of the hotel & the mountains were visible above the chalet style houses opposite. Very happy with the jacuzzi bath & the fridge to keep the wine cool.
The hotel is well located, the room is large, the beds are good and comfortable, has a microwave, the reception staff were friendly. The only problem was a faucet that dripped all night, disturbing sleep. I asked a worker to repair it, but the problem continued. The wireless worked well.
Room was too hot, could not control heat. Had to turn on the air conditioner to make the room livable.
The condition of the room
The front desk person, Laura, was extremely helpful, polite and charming. The table and chairs were very welcomed. Enjoyed the coffe maker and coffee. Good location.
Wish your hotel had a pool and a play area for children. The room was clean, but the carpet was stained and didn't make us feel like we could walk around in our bare feet. We were concerned about our grandson playing on it.
The hotel was clean and accomadated our group of 6 very nicely.
It was centrally located. The room was pleasant and spacious. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant where the staff were very pleasant. A very good mid priced hotel for the location in Banff.
The restaurant food.
For three nights we stayed in a stuffy room in which the air conditioning did not work... In spite of complaining to the staff no action was taken... However, for the four night we were given another room that was comfortable.
Impressed by high standard of rooms and facilities. Friendly, competent staff. El Toro, adjoining restaurant was excellent.
Had to pay to print boarding card for flight home. Internet although free was very intermittent. Although some of the staff were very friendly others weren't.
The staff were very helpful, and the hot tub was so relaxing!
The hotel was very nice, nice fascilities, jacuzzi etc, underground parking was nice due to cold temps (-30c) underground parking might not be possable if driving large SUV/Truck, rooms very good and clean, polite staff and nice resturant.
The friendly service and relaxed atmosphere the hotel provided. It was close to down town banff.
Nothing everything went well i would return again.
It was close to shopping in Banff and we were pleasantly surprized at the size of the room. The beds were comfortable and the staff very helpful and courteous :) It is evident the Inn is older but also obvious that time is taken to keep it up and maintain the building.
